Who We Are
Phoebe works closesly with Willis Dady's board and staff in order to meet our Mission and Vision. Phoebe has been the Executive Director since May 2015.
Marcy manages our facility and works closely with staff to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Marcy has been with Willis Dady since March 2018.
Jana supports Willis Dady Programs through grant writing, media management, and donor development. She joined Willis Dady in May 2020.
Denine oversees all aspects of Willis Dady's Emergency Shelter and Overflow Shelter, including Resident Assistants. She has been at Willis Dady since June 2006.
Support Services Director
Emily supervises the Homeless Prevention, Street Outreach and Employment Programs. She has been with Willis Dady since December 2015.
Housing Programs Director
Alicia manages our long-term and short-term housing programs, as well as our shelter-based Veteran Program. She began with Willis Dady in November 2016.
Shelter Case Manager
Martha works with shelter clients to help them identify their strengths and overcome their barriers. She has been with Willis Dady since September 2011.
Supportive Housing Case Manager
Kati provides ongoing case management to individuals in housing who have experienced persistent homelessness. She began at Willis Dady in January 2020.
Housing Case Manager
Tammy assists clients in identifying and maintaining stable housing after exiting homelessness. She has been with Willis Dady since December 2018.
Mary supports clients with high barriers in attaining and maintaining housing. She joined Willis Dady's Case Management team in February 2020.
Support Services Navigator
Aaron provides support to patrons of the Downtown Public Library who struggle with housing stability. He has been with Willis Dady since November 2018.
Support Services Case Manager
Angie supports individuals and families who are near homelessness or who are experiencing literal homelessness. She began with Willis Dady in February 2020.
Colette supports individuals and families who are near homeless or literally homeless gain stability in housing. She has been with Willis Dady since August 2019.
Employment Case Manager
Kelsey supports clients in re-entering the workforce through our Supported Staffing Agency or other employment programs. She began at Willis Dady in May 2020.
Resident Assistant Housing Specialist
Millie works cloesly with families staying in shelter to help them identify stable housing upon exit from shelter. She began at Willis Dady in November 2017.
Lead Resident Assistant
Nautica manages the day-to-day work completed by Resident Assistants at our Emergency Shelter. She has been with Willis Dady since November 2016.
Crystal provides support to clients at our Emergency Shelter and works to make sure the shelter runs smoothly. She began at Willis Dady in June 2019.
Wes works with individual clients who have barriers to stability to support them in identifying housing. He started at Willis Dady in February 2020.
Tony makes sure our locations are functioning, so we can provide support to our clients. He has been with Willis Dady since 2019.
Resident Assistants provide direct support to clients at our Emergency Shelter and works to make sure the shelter runs smoothly.
Brianna supports Willis Dady staff and clients by managing Willis Dady accounts, time roll, and other neessary items. She joined the team in June 2020.
Cost of Homelessness VISTA
Kasper is an Americorps VISTA working on data analysis related to the cost of homelessness and prevention. He began in June 2018.
Donor Relations Coordinator
Cassidy manages our donor database and facilitates communication with donors of Willis Dady. She has been with the team since January 2020.
The Development Manager supports Willis Dady's vision and mission through fundraising, grant writing, marketing and social media.
