Executive Director
Alicia works closely with the board and staff in order to meet our Mission and Vision. She transitioned to the Executive Director position in August 2020. She joined WDHS in 2016.
AARON AMUNDSON
Development Director
Aaron supervises our Development team and supports Willis Dady Programs through public relations, and donor development. He joined Willis Dady in April of 2022.

Housing Programs Director
Lauren manages our long-term and short-term housing programs, as well as our shelter-based Veteran Program. She joined the team in December 2020.

Employment Services Director
David oversees our Employment programs, supporting clients as they work and expanding partnerships for the program. He started at Willis Dady in August 2024.

Steven oversees the mainteance and operations of our Emergency Shelter, Willis Dady Works, and housing properties. He started with Willis Dady in March 2024.

Controller
Regina manages our agency's day-to-day financials, supporting Willis Dady's operations. Regina started working with Willis Dady in 2024.

Veteran Programs Manager
Shannon works with veterans experiencing housing insecurity and homelessness and supervises the Veteran programs. Shannon started at Willis Dady in January 2020.

Danie works with Veterans experiencing housing insecurity across eastern Iowa to maintain their housing. Dani started at Willis Dady in October 2025.

Employment Case Manager
Blake works with clients experiencing homelessness to gain stable employment opportunities. Blake joined the team in July 2025.

Housing Programs Manager
Valerie provides strategic and operational leadership for Willis Dady’s housing programs: rapid rehousing and permanent supportive housing. Valerie began working at Willis Dady in October 2023.

Shelter Manager
Faith oversees Willis Dady's Emergency Shelter, including policies, procedures and client support. She joined Willis Dady in June 2020.
KATIE BECKER
Shelter Case Manager
Katie supports clients staying in our men's units at the Emergency Shelter. She began with Willis Dady in 2021.

Brody supports the women and families staying in our Emergency Shelter. Brody started at Willis Dady in August 2025.
JANQUAN ST JUNIOS
Maintenance Technician
Janquan performs routine maintenance and preventative maintenance to all buildings and properties owned by Willis Dady Homeless Services. He joined the team in December 2025.
RESIDENT ASSISTANTS
Resident Assistants provide direct support to clients at our Emergency Shelter assisting each individual in moving from shelter to stability. Our part-time staff are critical to our Emergency Shelter's operation.
