ALICIA FAUST

Executive Director

Alicia works closely with the board and staff in order to meet our Mission and Vision and has been at WD. She transitioned to the Executive Director position in August 2020. She joined WDHS in 2016.

DAVID KARPICK

Employment Services Director 

David oversees our Employment programs, supporting clients as they work and expanding partnerships for the program. He started at Willis Dady in August 2024.

STEVEN LOVEJOY

Facilities Director

Steven oversees the mainteance and operations of our Emergency Shelter, Willis Dady Works, and housing properties. He started with Willis Dady in March 2024.

REGINA ANDERSON

Controller

Regina manages our agency's day-to-day financials, supporting Willis Dady's operations. Regina started working with Willis Dady in 2024.

Development Director

Aaron supervises our Development team and supports Willis Dady Programs through public relations, and donor development. He joined Willis Dady in April of 2022.

Housing Programs Director

Lauren manages our long-term and short-term housing programs, as well as our shelter-based Veteran Program. She joined the team in December 2020.

Shannon works with veterans experiencing housing insecurity and homelessness and supervises the Veteran programs. Shannon started at Willis Dady in January 2020.

Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager

Maxine supports clients moving into Willis Dady's PSH program as they gain and maintain new housing. She began at Willis Dady in April of 2022.

Angela provides case management support to individuals moving from literal homelessness to self-sufficiency through support and advocacy. She began working at Willis Dady in 2023.

Maintenance & Custodial Technician

George provides routine maintenance and cleaning support to our facilities, including our Emergency Shelter. George started at Willis Dady in 2024.

Resident Assistants provide direct support to clients at our Emergency Shelter assisting each individual in moving from shelter to stability. Our part-time staff are critical to our Emergency Shelter's operation.

Meagan is the Resident Assistant at Hector's Place Day Center. She operates the Day Center Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am-1pm for people experiencing literal homelessness.
