Executive Director

Alicia works closely with the board and staff in order to meet our Mission and Vision. She transitioned to the Executive Director position in August 2020, she joined WDHS in 2016.

MARCY OATES

Operations Director

Marcy manages our facility and works closely with staff to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Marcy has been with Willis Dady since March 2018. 

EMILY ZIMMON

Development Director

Emily supports Willis Dady Programs through grant writing, public relations, and donor development. She joined Willis Dady in December 2015.

KELSEY CULVER

Employment Services Director

Kelsey supervises Willis Dady's Supported Staffing and Ambassador Employment Programs. She began at Willis Dady in May 2020.

DENINE RUSHING

Shelter Services Director

Denine oversees all aspects of Willis Dady's Emergency Shelter and Overflow Shelter, including Resident Assistants. She has been at Willis Dady since June 2006.

LAUREN WHITE

Housing Services Director

Lauren manages our long-term and short-term housing programs, as well as our shelter-based Veteran Program. She joined the team in December 2020.

AARON TERRONES

Support Services Director

Aaron  supervises the Homeless Prevention, Street Outreach and Downtown Ambassador Programs. He started at Willis Dady in November 2018.

MARTHA CARTER

Shelter Case Manager

Martha works with shelter clients to help them identify their strengths and overcome their barriers. She has been with Willis Dady since September 2011.

KATI MCVAY

Supportive Housing Case Manager

Kati provides ongoing case management to individuals in housing who have experienced persistent homelessness. She began at Willis Dady in January 2020.

Housing Case Manager

Tammy assists clients in identifying and maintaining stable housing after exiting homelessness. She has been with Willis Dady since December 2018.

MARY CASTENADA

Housing Case Manager

Mary supports clients with high barriers in attaining and maintaining housing. She joined Willis Dady's Case Management team in February 2020.

MILLIE ACHEY

Housing Case Manager

Millie supports clients in gaining and maintaining stable housing through case management. She began at Willis Dady in November 2017.

SHANNON FAY

Veteran Housing Case Manager

Shannon will work with veterans experiencing literal homelessness move to stable housing. Shannon started at Willis Dady in January 2020.

COLETTE NDIGYENOUBA

Support Services Case Manager

Colette supports individuals and families who are near homeless or literally homeless gain stability in housing. She has been with Willis Dady since August 2019.

WES SHIRLEY

Street Outreach Case Manager

Wes works with households who are sleeping outside, in meeting their basic needs and connects them to housing programs. He began in February 2020.

LEOMA LEIGH-WILLIAMS

Homeless Prevention Case Manager

Leoma supports clients in imminent danger of becoming homeless. She provides one-on-one case management to support stable housing. She began in August 2020.

JACLYN DUDEN

Homeless Prevention Case Manager

Jackie will work one-on-one with households who need to identify and move into stable housing. She began with Willis Dady in October 2020.

CRYSTAL CARTER

Street Outreach Case Manager

Crystal supports individuals in moving from literal homelessness to self-sufficiency through support and advocacy. She began at Willis Dady in June 2019.

JENNIFER TAPKEN

Street Outreach Case Manager

Jennifer will support individuals in moving from literal homelessness to self-sufficiency through support and advocacy. She began working at Willis Dady in May 2020.

LEAHA CAMPBELL

Employment Case Manager

Leaha supports clients in re-entering the workforce through our Supported Staffing Agency or other employment programs. She began at Willis Dady in April 2021.
