EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Willis Dady Homeless Services is seeking a visionary, values-driven Executive Director to lead our organization and advance meaningful, lasting solutions to homelessness in our community.
Guided by our mission to empower individuals experiencing homelessness to build futures of self-sufficiency through advocacy, housing, and employment, The Executive Director serves as our chief executive, strategic leader, and public ambassador. The role works closely with the Board of Directors, staff, funders, and community partners to ensure Willis Dady remains a trusted and effective leader in our local response to homelessness. This is a full time (40 hours/week), salaried position with a competitive benefits package.

DEVELOPMENT & DATA COORDINATOR

The Development & Data Coordinator will provide quality administrative support for Willis Dady’s Development team. This position will focus on enhancing donor stewardship initiatives, managing Willis Dady’s CRM management tools, financial reporting, and agency data compliance. This collaborative role will manage progress towards goals and the impact of agency fundraising, compliance, and donor-stewardship efforts. Additionally, this role will be the manager of our CRM donor databases and HMIS system. Their attention to detail will ensure that information is accurate and purposeful to aid fundraising initiatives and grant compliance. This is a full-time, in-office position (40 hours/week) with an hourly rate of $21.45/hour and a competitive benefits package.

STREET OUTEACH CASE MANAGER

The Street Outreach Case Manager is essential in assisting households experiencing homelessness by connecting them with community supports and housing opportunities. This role involves providing time sensitive case management, peer support, resource referrals, goal development, client advocacy, and service coordination. This position is full time (40 hours/week) with an hourly rate of $21.19/hour and a competitive benefits package.

SUPPORTIVE HOUSING RESIDENT ASSISTANT (RA)

The Resident Assistant (RA) is responsible for overseeing overnight operations at Chandler Pump Apartments, a 13-unit Permanent Supportive Housing complex, enforcing property policies and supporting the mission of the organization, providing homeless services to our clients. This includes assisting clients where applicable, and managing the security, safety, and upkeep of the building and grounds. We are seeking RAs to fill an overnight shift throughout the week, for an average of 29 hours per week. The RA position is essential to the successful operation of our PSH program, which helps people experiencing homelessness find a path to stability through housing. RAs will work directly with clients and other staff to ensure successful overnight operations. RAs will start at $17.85 per hour.

RESIDENT ASSISTANT (RA)

The Residential Assistant (RA) is responsible for operating the Willis Dady homeless shelter facility and providing homeless services to our clients. This includes assisting clients who are residing in shelter and managing the security, safety, and upkeep of the building and grounds. We are seeking an RA to fill 3 – 6 various shifts throughout the week, for an average of 10-20 hours per week. RAs are expected to occasionally substitute for other RAs and in rare instances provide overnight shelter coverage. The RA position is essential to the successful operation of our shelter, which helps people experiencing homelessness find a path to stability through housing and employment. RAs will work directly with clients, other staff, and volunteers. RAs will start at $16.50 per hour.
