Our Staff
Shelter and Prevention
Our shelter has case managers, who meet with clients one-on-one to identify strengths and barriers to housing through our various programs, a shelter manager, who supervises the RAs and oversees the shelter's operations.
Resident Assistants
Resident Assistants (RAs) work directly with the clients during the evenings at the shelter to provide guidance and support. RAs talk with clients about the steps they are taking to secure permanent housing and assist the clients in determining further actions. The RAs also supervise the shelter to ensure that the clients' safety and needs are met.
AmeriCorps VISTA
Our AmeriCorps VISTAs serve 1-year terms with our agency to work on various capacity building projects.
Administration
Our administrative staff work largely behind the scenes to help the various programs run smoothly. These staff work on accounting, grant writing, public relations, fundraising, development, and other areas of program support.
